What is the latest time that we can submit an order for same day delivery in Auckland?

Orders must be in by 9am to guarantee same day delivery, however business deliveries must be in by 4pm the day before to guarantee delivery within business hours.

Can I order flowers through Bloomsbury for the rest of NZ and overseas?

Yes we belong to a Worldwide network, Direct2Florist, that provides a service throughout NZ and other countries. Please contact us on (09) 5356503.

What are the delivery costs with Auckland?

Orders include the standard delivery charge of $15.00 Monday to Saturday within Auckland. This is costed into the price.

What will I get for my money?

The flower arrangements displayed on the site represent the middle value. However customers are advised that due to the seasonal nature of flowers, arrangements may differ from those pictured. In these circumstances Bloomsbury Flowers reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the value of your order.

Can I change colours of what is pictured?

Yes, colour options are shown on many items, otherwise enter your request under special instructions.

Can I purchase gift vouchers?

Bloomsbury Flowers has gift vouchers available for the purchase of flowers or plants at our shop in Auckland. Call in and collect from our Howick Store.

Do you need special information for funeral/bereavement orders?

Yes – we require the late persons name, the name of the funeral home and the time of the funeral. We need this information the day before to guarantee delivery.

What days can I get delivery in New Zealand?

We deliver Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver Sunday or public holidays.
